Thursday, 6 September 2012 Salam Namastey Organized Radio Workshop for School Students Institute of Management Studies(IMS), Noida community Radio Salam Namastey 90.4 organized One day Radio Workshop for school students. Around 150 students of Saint Anandram Jaipuria School Noida and Ghaziabad have participated in the workshop. Salam Namastey Station Head Barsha Chabaria told that the aim to organize this workshop is to make the students aware about Radio, it's growing importance and role of radio in day to day life. Through this workshop we also provide students an opportunity to show their talent and be a Junior RJ of Salam Namastey show “Dhoom Pichak Dhoom”. Anaya Mahajan and Jainy 5 year old students of Summerville School are the junior RJs of this Show and were selected through this Radio Workshop few months back. This is the 3rd Radio workshop of Salam Namastey with Jaipuria School told Archana Tripathi English Teacher of the school. She told students have shown commendable voice modulation, mike mannerisms, better speaking skills, and better presentation skills after doing the workshop. Moreover parents also have a positive response to this workshop. [ ] Function was started with the lamp lighting by Institute Director Dr A K Shrivastav, Advisor Alok Agrawal, Acedemic Advisor Dr Manorama Trikha with Management HOD Prof P K Agrawal. After that Journalism Faculty Vishnupriya presented Saraswati Vandana. [ ] [ ] Pooja Sharma, Pankaj Chauhan, Dhruv Maheshwari, Anmol Khurana, Rahul Anand students of BBA performed solo dance on Bollywood songs and dedicated their performance to their favorite teachers. Best Dress Male award goes to Prof P K Agrawal, Best Dress Female award goes to Monika Dixit and Priyam Guha got the Luckiest person award. Different Games like Truth and Dare, Tambola, Rapidfire were also organized for teachers. Cake cutting ceremony organized at the end of the function. IMS President Rajeev Kumar Gupta wished all the faculty members. ndustry Interaction Program for all the sessions of BBA was organized today in the campus, at Institute of Management Studies, IMS Noida.

Program started with lightning of lamp by all dignitaries & Chief Guest Mr. C.R. Tulsian a Mechanical Engineer From IIT Kharagpur , having 40 years of experience in  International Management and a consultant in various packaging industries.

 Advisor, IMS, Noida Mr. Alok Agrawal presented Good luck plant to Mr. C. R. Tulsian, who was welcomed by Ms. Parul Puri faculty, IMS Noida

Advisor, IMS, Noida Mr. Alok Agrawal briefed about achievements & development plans of  IMS, Noida. After this, Mr. C.R. Tulsian addressed students with his motivational words and shared his profound splendid and rich experience. Students enjoyed and learnt a lot from vibrant and thought provoking speech of Mr. Tulsian which was all about management. One of the students named Mr. Priyank Bhardhwaj was appreciated by the Chief Guest for the eager & active participation during the session.

Executive Director, IMS Noida Dr. A.K.Srivastava moved the program forward with his inspirational and motivational words to the students to make them dedicated and sincere in their lives. He also presented memento to Chief Guest Mr. C. R. Tulsian.

Lively experience of academics and extra- curricular activities was shared by Aastha, Student BBA III Semester with new students.

In second half of the program Ms. Shalini Mishra, HOD, BBA presented academic plan for session 2012-15. Students & parents participated enthusiastically in management Quiz & Balloon game which was the main attraction of second half of the program. Winners Aanchal Singh & Vijay were given different awards also.

Program was successfully concluded with great hopes and Vote of Thanks by Ms. Keenika faculty, IMS Noida.
