IMS Noida holds “2nd International HR Conference”

Institute ofManagement Studies (IMS) Noida, organized two day 2nd International HR conference on “Exploring Non Linear growth through Hr driven Strategies” in Gail Auditorium. Around two hundred delegates from various corporate and universities like IIT Rorkee, AMU, Calcata University, DU University, IGNOU have participated in the seminar.
The chief guest of the occasion was Mr P K Gupta ED HR Gail with Dr Y V Verma COO LG Electronics along with President IMS Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Academic Advisor Dr Trikha, Advisor Alok Agrawal , Director Dr A K Shrivastav and HOD Management Dr Agarwal.
Event started with lamp lighting and saraswati vandana.
Gail ED HR P K Gupta said that HR is the backbone of any organization. Success and failure of any organization depend on the relation between HR and the employee. Further he elaborated the Manesar Maruti Case for explanation. He also said sincerity and Team work are the key factor required in HR.
After that COO LG Electronics told that today economy and trade are changing rapidly. He suggests that before opening any new branch in any other country the organization should first do the detail study of that area to understand the costumers need.
Dr Jodie Lynn Ferise, Professor Indianapolis University USA said that HR should add Social media tool like Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter in HR functioning. She said Innovation, Differentiation and competitive advantage are some of the major role of HR.
IMS President Rajeev Kumar Gupta told that IMS will organize an International Conference on Marketing in the month of September next year. At the end of the First day of the conference a book which is a compilation of all the research papers was released by the guest and the President Rajiv Kumar Gupta.
